Shipping Policy

A flat rate of $4.99 applies to all orders to the USA.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, if they apply. 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship outside of the US.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. An order quantity may be split in multiple shipments. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Cancelling an order

Standard orders are cancellable prior to shipment. Orders with a bad address or stockout error are always cancellable.


Return Policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

  1. Refunds can be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date at the discretion of the RMA department. The 30-day return policy is applicable to most Protect Life products with the exception of masks and disposable items.
  2. We do not accept Protect Life returns for products that have been opened or have had contact with skin or bodily fluids. All returns must meet our return requirements however, exceptions can be made at the discretion of the RMA department. Please note that if your return does not meet the required return criteria, a replacement may incur additional charges. 
  3. We do not cover shipping expenses for items that are not defective or if the item was returned due to buyer’s remorse. 

Masks and Disposable items

  1. Due to safety concerns, masks and disposable items are final sale once the package has been opened/used. (We recommend refusing the package if it's no longer needed or wanted).
  2. Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date and the item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  3. The unopened item must be returned in order to receive a refund. 
  4. Returns will only be accepted for unopened packages - opened or used masks will not be refunded or replaced.
